DELIVERY
Our deliveries usually take around 2-4 Business Days to arrive, however there may be delays, caused by issues faced by the shipping company, or if order is placed during a holiday, you can track your order, if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact, carloquery@gmail.com

RETURNS
​
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unworn,new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, in order to give full refund.

Products that contain liquids or any other such perishable materials cannot be returned. (eg. perfume).
​
International orders (outside of United Arab Emirates) are not returnable.
​
If any of the above conditions have not been met, we unfortunately will not be able to give you a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
